NEADS x CCD: Employment Equity Act Review Consultation

Join the National Educational Association of Disabled Students (NEADS) for a joint consultation session with NEADS and the Council of Canadians with Disabilities (CCD), featuring CCD Research Analyst/Coordinator, April D’Aubin, and Michael Prince, Lansdowne Professor of Social Policy at the University of Victoria.
This Zoom event addresses the Employment Equity Act Review, provides an overview of the Act, compares the Employment Equity Act to the Accessible Canada Act, addresses key workplace barriers and concerns of persons with disabilities, and discusses ways in which the Employment Equity Act could be improved to better serve the needs of persons with disabilities.
