This webinar will focus on the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding framework and the types of policies, procedures and practices that need to be developed to obtain certification. Matters that the webinar will cover include the specific quality standards to be met by registered NDIS providers to provide supports and services to NDIS participants and what quality service provision they should expect from registered NDIS providers.

This will focus on the core services and non-core services and information will be provided on the governance arrangements for the service provision and types of services to be provided and how they should be provided

ABOUT PRESENTER

David is the consultant you call when you’re overwhelmed by compliance, process and procedure. He loves to do all the things you need to do, but don’t have the time to do! He is an experienced business manager, board member and has held senior commercial, operational, and general management positions across a range of industry sectors overseeing corporate business functions.

David has experience in developing policies and procedures for disability services providers to assist them to obtain their NDIS certification and is conversant with the requirements of the NDIS Quality and Safeguarding framework.
