Becoming welcoming to all without being distracted by a few. Relating to the public sometimes means relating to individuals whose behavior is difficult to manage. Dr. Helen Runyan, associate professor of counseling at Regent University and a former Norfolk civic league president, helped answer common questions. Why do people behave badly?
