Nearly 75 per cent of PSAC members worked remotely throughout the pandemic, and more than 90 per cent want better work-life balance when the pandemic ends. What will our new normal look like? A lot depends on this round of bargaining with Treasury Board. Panelists discussed why the government should be a leader when it comes to the right to disconnect, creating healthy workplaces, and achieving work-life balance with flexible hours and remote work.
