Micro-training: Proxy & Account Management

In this video, you will learn about Account Management. Under Account Management, employees can request personas to receive higher-level Portal access, which will need to be approved by their immediate supervisor. In demos throughout this video, you will see how employees request personas, how managers approve those requests, and how a manager could remove an employee's persona(s) if needed.
