Manga Company Exposed for Underpaying and Overworking Employee's in The West by Forming a Union

So today some good / bad news came out for the Anime, Light Novel and Manga Industry. Seven Seas Entertainment is a huge organization that has brought us dozens of our favorite stories over the years. Like Mushoku Tensei, A Scientific Railgun, Made in Abyss, Classroom of The Elite, Dance in The Vampire Bund, Devilman, How Not to Summon a Demon Lord, Zero's Familiar, and Reincarnated as a Sword. The employee's announced a Union today to combat overwork, underpaid, and lack of health benefits. This is great news for the employees obviously, but it shows once again that its not just Japan with its Animators getting overworked!
