The Covid-19 pandemic has once again put workers and employers' rights in the spotlight. The CCMA has been inundated with cases about mandatory vaccinations and Covid-19 testing. New guidelines by the government reiterate employer’s rights to implement vaccine mandates and clarify the reasons employees can refuse.
