You can easily set up each employee to submit their expenses electronically through QuickBooks. When an employee incurs an expense they need to submit to you for reimbursement, they can quickly take a photo using their mobile device and upload the photo via mobile device or desktop web. Automated receipt capture reduces the need for manual data entry. The employee can also choose to key in some or all of the information about their expense. They’ll specify the category and other important details, and submit their expense claim through QuickBooks.

With email notifications, you’ll know when you have a new expense to review. When reviewing expenses from employees, details can be revised and corrected before approval. And from there, your expense can be recorded to QuickBooks, alongside the rest of your accounting.
