Man sues former employer for discrimination over hairstyle

A Black man in San Diego, California is suing his former employer, alleging the company denied him a job because he refused to cut his dreadlocks. CBS MoneyWatch reporter Khristopher Brooks shares his reporting with CBSN's Tanya Rivero.
