Organised by The Inclusivity Project, the event titled ‘Making Work Work for Everyone’ highlights how both SMEs and larger organisations need to embrace the huge potential from employing discriminated groups, particularly disabled and older people.

Keynote speaker Dame Carol Black, Chair of the Centre for Ageing Better and government advisor on the connection between health and work. She tells delegates that there has always been a case for inclusive employment in reducing recruitment costs, increasing engagement, improving retention, and upskilling the current workforce. In this video she says there is a particular need now, with record levels of vacancies advertised, covering most areas and most sectors, with vacancies outnumbering jobseekers for the first time.
