Evaluation of performance is an important topic for almost all workers. Evaluating performance requires a manager that can be objective, and that uses information from critical incident logs to make judgments. Now, as objective as professional managers believe themselves to be, there are errors, which are made in regards to the ratings given to employees on performance reviews. Managers make mistakes, and when it comes to ratings on performance evaluations, they do so surprisingly often.
