Launch of the first ILO Employee Resource Group on Disability Inclusion

ILO Deputy-Director General for Policy, Martha Newton, explains the importance of the ILO Disability Employee Resource Group, an independent voluntary group of staff members who either have disabilities or have dependents with disabilities, or both. The ERG on Disability Inclusion aims to drive organizational cultural change, to share knowledge based on first-hand experiences and help shape and advocate for better inclusion policies to improve the workplace.
