Dominic Raab says there will be an investigation into the death of six-year-old Arthur Labinjo-Hughes.

Arthur was killed by his father's partner in June last year. Emma Tustin was convicted last week of Arthur's murder while Thomas Hughes was convicted of his son's manslaughter.

The review will look into how social services and local authorities liaise with the criminal justice system.
