"Within her first year as an Appraiser with our Office, I have witnessed how Julia Martinez has stepped up to every challenge and work task that has been assigned to her with a 'can-do' attitude. Initially, she helped the building permits team review and appraise new construction/renovations. She recently has begun to assist the mobile home/agricultural team complete reviews. In between these responsibilities, she has helped with all areas of data entry including assisting with affidavits, paperless, business personal property and deed entry.

Despite the overwhelming amount of work that everyone has to do, and although Mrs. Martinez is responsible for her own daily tasks, she consistently finds ways to help her co-workers and other sections of the office while asking many questions to better educate herself and grow in the process. Mrs. Martinez' customer service skills are exemplary. She is one of the friendliest staff members I know and always arrives with a smile on her face and a happy greeting for her co-workers. Because of her friendly demeanor and upbeat attitude, she has an ability to communicate effectively with all of her co-workers from the Administrative level to our clerical assistants.
