Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will address the UN Security Council amid reports from Bucha, near Kyiv, of murdered civilians and mass graves that occurred when Russian forces were in control of the town.

President Volodymyr Zelensky vowed to make every Russian citizen aware of the atrocities inflicted on his people.

He said: "The time will come when every Russian will learn the whole truth about who of their fellow citizens killed, who gave orders, who turned a blind eye to the murders. We will establish all of this – and make it known to the world."
