We have highlighted hundreds of incidents in which we have attempted to demonstrate how ICICI Bank staff mis-sells insurance policies to unwary and gullible clients under the guise of fixed deposits in collaboration with ICICI Prudential employees.

Mr. Anwar, an ex-ICICI Bank employee, joins us today to tell us about how he was recruited by the bank and how, at the time of joining, he and his family were burdened by a loan of Rs. 4 lakhs.

He and his batchmates were under enormous pressure to abandon their moral and ethical convictions in order to repay the loan at low interest rates.

He discusses how NRI customers' paperwork are falsified by ICICI Bank employees in ICICI Bank branches and how NRIs are provided insurance policies while they are outside India.
