I Visited A Caviar Farm

Published
This process will SHOCK you. I had no idea caviar was farmed and harvested this way. But that's not surprising, especially given the fact that this process doesn't happen just anywhere. I've always wondered why caviar is so expensive, but it now makes sense due to the delicate, careful and hands-on process required. Rather than being a chef in a kitchen, I felt more like a scientist in a lab, fully decked out in protective equipment.

We were supposed to visit the farm with fish in actual tanks, though logistics didn't work out this time around. So, if you like the video and want another caviar trip, make sure to go above and toss a like on the vid, and SUBSCRIBE so you don't miss it. Finally, I want to give a huge thanks to David (https://www.instagram.com/thecaviarking_/) and Nikita for touring us around the facility, and Marky's for hosting us at their warehouse: https://www.markys.com.
