How to tell if an employer values diversity and inclusion. As an underrepresented, BIPOC professional or job seeker who sees the importance of diversity in an organization, it can be hard to tell if an employer shares your values. While a lot of companies claim to be committed to diversity, some don’t back up those claims with action. Here are 3 ways to tell if the employer’s commitment to diversity is authentic.
