How to Honor Your Unique & Intrinsic Path to Entrepreneurship with Je’Mere Smith

In this episode of Season TWO of the Boss Lady Conversations podcast, we met with Je’Mere Smith is a serial entrepreneur, since creating and developing Shower Caps by Je’Mere in 2006. She sold Shower Caps in local salons and Internationally while obtaining her Bachelors Degree at F.I.T. where she majored in Advertising Marketing Communications. After the 2008, recession she restructured her plan and shut down the company.

Over the course of 2021 and 2022, Je’Mere obtained her NJ Real Estate license, purchased a Property Management franchise, and traveled to Utah for certification training and opened her doors for business in June 2021.

Je’Mere understands the determination needed to make a major career change. She is passionate about her role as Entrepreneur and has plans on developing programs to assist other upcoming Entrepreneurs on their journey.
