On Wednesday 2 March we welcomed Ben Willmott (Head of Public Policy at CIPD). Ben talked to us about how the CIPD actively engages with Government ministers, other policymakers and CIPD members to inform the views that influence government.

Ben and his team have been instrumental in the institute's response to COVID-19, supporting HR and employers with advice and guidance on the fast-paced employment changes, including the return to workplaces.
