How does SPSC short list candidates for interviews after written test |Passing Marks|E 4 Education

It is the duty of Sindh Public Service Commission to manage the written exams and the interviews of the candidates, after receiving their application forms against the advertised job. The government employees and the private candidates can apply against any post by submitting their application forms and they can be allowed to appear in the written exams and the interview. The candidates ensure passing of their written exams and they will be considered for the interview and they can watch the interview list candidates online with the complete detail of the date and time of their interviews. The provincial public service commissions conduct the written exams and interviews of the candidates living in their areas like Islamabad, KPK, Punjab, GB, AJK, Baluchistan and Sindh against the advertised jobs on the scheduled date and time. The interview list is managed by SPSC and the candidates can check their names in the interview shortlisted candidates online. When the written exams result is announced, then the selected candidates for interview will be called and the names of the rejected candidates are not included in the list of the interview. SPSC uploads the interview candidates online and the aspirants will check their status online whether they are qualified for the interview or not.
Candidates will be considered for an interview following the Screening Test/Short-listing Test in accordance with Article No. 0803 of SPSC Recruitment Management Regulations (RMR) 2006, which is as under:-

For 1 to 2 posts, 5 candidates for each post.
For 3 to 10 posts, 4 candidates for each post.
For 11 to 100 posts, 3.5 candidates for each post.
For 101 to 300 posts, 3 candidates for each post.
For 301 or greater number of posts, 2.5 candidates for each post.
