Hate Crimes, Lynching Laws & Self-Defense

Black people are constantly told that it's "too tough" to prove a hate crime occurred...but only when we're the victims. On the other hand any time a black delinquent or mental health case gets into an altercation with a non-black person all of a sudden it's easy to prove!
