Gunman went on Facebook Live rant before shooting at Hillsborough deputies

it was just before 1 p.m. when 911 calls began coming in about a man who was shooting a gun outside several businesses along East Brandon Boulevard. Daniel Lighty allegedly opened fire on the deputies before eventually surrendering.

But a car wash employee says Lighty was pestering them first, then fired at least one shot right past the man's head.
