Many job applicants have well organized, designed and written resumes but they still don't get invited to job interviews. Why? Because of the way that the resume was written, and the decisions that were made regarding the content. A goal was not established, and a strategy was not followed when writing the resume. In this video I explain how you choose a goal for your resume, and how to make sure that this important resume element is included. It's not enough to have all the right sections on your resume, and to include accomplishment statements.
