Experiencing God | Unit 4: Part 4
God Invites us to be Involved with Him in His Work

Psalm 136

Objective: Rightly respond to God when He extends His invitation to you.

John 14:21 “Whoever has my commands and obeys them, he is the one who loves me. He who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love him and show myself to him.”

Your desire to hear from God can never be separated from your obedience to God.

When you think God’s love for you is conditional, then you will have obedience problems.

“Your relationship with God right now reveals what you believe about Him. It is spiritually impossible for you to truly believe one way and practice another.”

Trusting that God’s love is perfect will compel you to faithfully obey Him.

To know God is to love God.
To love God is to believe God.
To believe God is to trust God.
To trust God is to obey God.
To obey God is to worship God.
To worship God is to know God.
