AND SHAME ON Mohamed Barre WHO IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER. HE DID NOTHING. AND HE REFUSES TO PLACE OUR FLIGHT WITH IS ONLY 300 DOLLARS.

And we're going to win in small claims court because this is a balance of probabilities case.

So the judge will balance the probabilities.


1) First the judge will see there was two flair airlines at the counter.


2) Then the judge will see in that video that it wasn't just one person making the claim 50 minutes prior but several people.  So it's not a he said she said.


3) Then the judge will see that even an Air Canada employee got involved because he knew it was 50 minutes prior. It's all on video


4) And then the judge will see all the negative reviews from Better business bureau to Google reviews.


5) The judge will also see all the empty seats on future Flair Airline flight and wonder why are they being so evil and mean
