FedEx Driver Accused of Kidnapping, Killing Missing Texas Girl

31-year-old Tanner Lynn Horner, a FedEx driver, was arrested and charged with capital murder and aggravated kidnapping for allegedly taking 7-year-old Athena Strand from her home Wednesday and killing her.
