He also acknowledges the presence of his tight-knit group of friends who helped him with coping with pressure and job search. He dives into his 21 years of corporate career reliving his entry-level days of working as a trainee who got selected to work as a permanent employee after beating 20 others. He also points out the major differences between today’s pick-&-grab opportunities compared to when he was coming up the ranks with only 3 primary options available and still managed to work towards what he loved. His fascination for computers brought him his fair share of highs without being stuck with one profile. He looked to try all the different job descriptions that enticed his will and challenged his mind because he believes it’s a necessary evil as you might face stagnation in terms of growth. He also emphasizes on surroundings and how important it is to learn from them. All whilst keeping a work-life balance. Sachin Gadekar is an insightful professional of the TeleCom Sector. Currently working with Google as the Strategic Negotiator for their Global Network Acquisition’s Team. He has been associated with many other big-name firms in the industry in the past. He has always picked up and learned so much from his surroundings. His inputs & advice will not only ignite the youngsters to pursue their dream but also how to keep going.
