The Supreme Court has decided to reinstate 16,000 government employees under self-notice and has accepted the government's suggestions.

According to the details, the Supreme Court has dismissed the appeals against the dismissal of 16,000 government employees and while hearing the verdict, has issued an order to reinstate the employees from grade one to seven while the employees above grade eight have been reinstated. Will have to pass departmental examination for rehabilitation. Employees fired for misconduct and corruption will not be reinstated. A five-member bench decided the case by a ratio of four to one.
The Supreme Court in its judgment said that the law of 2010 is unconstitutional, those who were sacked from 1996 to 1999 have been reinstated. That the Employees Rehabilitation Act will remain illegal.

Justice Mansoor Ali Shah, while approving the review appeals in the judgment, has written a dissenting note in which he said that in a strong democratic system, only the parliament is supreme, degrading the parliament is tantamount to degrading the democratic system. Article 4 is in conflict with the Constitution, Parliament is supreme in the parliamentary system of government, Sections 4 and 10 are in conflict with the Constitution, which must be examined.
The Supreme Court had reserved the verdict in the dismissed employees' reinstatement case yesterday, which was announced to be announced today at 11 am. Four judges of the five-member bench of the apex court ruled in favor of dismissing the appeals, while one judge wrote a dissenting note. Justice Umar Ata Bandial read out the verdict while Justice Mansoor Ali Shah wrote a dissenting note. The apex court had said in its judgment that the reasons would be released later.

Yesterday, a case was heard in the Supreme Court regarding the dismissal of 16,000 employees. A reply based on the government's proposals was submitted to the Supreme Court by the Attorney General. During the hearing, Justice Omar Ata Bandial had remarked that the government had acknowledged in its proposals that the rules were not observed and when those were evicted their rights were affected, we should not be in conflict. Violations have taken place, there is sympathy from the employees but the court has to look into the constitution and law

Justice Omar Ata Bandial said that if facility is to be provided then it will be provided in accordance with the constitution, not government proposals. Will not decide on suggestions.

The court said that the government proposals would have to be reviewed but the decision would be in accordance with the constitution and law.

The attorney general said there was no court finding, the recruitment was against the procedure, every citizen should have access to the appointment process, the law on employee reinstatement was debated in parliament.
