ETHICS AND PROFESSIONAL ISSUES IN ICT

This video discusses the various ethical and professional issues found in the field of ICT by discussing the conduct of ICT professionals, the 10 commandments of computer ethics, the ICT professionals code of conduct, the reasons for unethical behaviour in ICT and how such behavior can be prevented, the challenges encountered while enforcing ICT ethics, the legal aspects of computer crimes, ICT policies and legislations to address computer crimes, the national ICT policy in Kenya, and intellectual property rights in relation to patents, copyrights, trademarks and trade secrets, as well as addressing issues to do with piracy and plagiarism.
