As we are one step towards the last topic of The Life Cycle of a Human Resource Person, let us now discuss about the Health, Safety and Security. More than salaries and benefits, health, safety and security are among the important things that a person should keep in mind while looking for a job. The same applies to companies and employers. As the employees are the assets of the organization, they must ensure that their workers have a safe place to work on, in all respects. This episode will tackle the things that companies should do to ensure occupational health and safety as well as grounds for violation in case of non compliance.
