Employers say workplace marijuana testing rules lacking

With adults in New Jersey legally able to buy marijuana for recreational use from April 21, many employers are concerned that the rights and rules for both employees and employers are still hazy, given the state’s Cannabis Regulatory Commission has yet to come up with a set of standards for drug-testing workers.
