Employer's and Company's rights? Yeah. Within reason.

Some people think that subjecting employers, companies, clubs, organisations (whether religious or otherwise) and states to checks and balances or rules and regulations is somehow imposing on "somebody"'s liberty.

How bizarre. All Western societies have in place checks and balances to restrict the liberties of anything exceeding the level of "an individual human being". This includes anti monopoly and anti trust laws, consumer rights, ombudsman services, employee rights arbitration, etc, etc, etc. And rightly so.
