Employees Give Employers a Performance Review

Published
With the emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic, employee and internal communications played a vital role as organizations adapted at crisis-speed to new ways of working. With many corporate employees working from home, the division between work and home life narrowed and blurred.

Integral, an employee activation agency, and The Harris Poll recently released a new report, Integral Employee Activation Index, in which it looks to understand the impact of societal/political issues and workplace experience on employee perceptions and behavior. More than 2,000 employed individuals from across the United States shared their perceptions about daily mindset, personal priorities, compensation and their societal/political values and how well their employer was making a difference.

In this IPR webinar, join Ethan McCarty, CEO at Integral, and Rob Jekielek, Managing Director at The Harris Poll, as they share key insights and the implications for company leaders, communicators, human resources, and people managers seeking to help employees stay engaged. What we’ll discuss:

● The importance of aligning organizational values to employee values
● How an organization’s performance on societal and political issues impacts employee turnover and performance on the job
● Employee generational expectations
Some key gender differences in the employee experience
● The impact on employees with children (or no children) in the household
