Hello, my name is Shashank. I started my career with Chetu just six months ago as a Ruby on Rails developer. I've been so honored to have this opportunity. While in this process, I learned a lot. And in this same process, I also learned about the benefits that this company provides me.

To start off with, I'll give you the very first benefits, which is in my mind right now, which is the six-month appraisal. Because who doesn't love an appraisal? Everyone does. And, moreover, it's like a tiny source of encouragement on your path, and it'll really help you push through the difficult times when you have to tackle certain situations. And secondly, you have the Skills Share Center, which is a beautiful model over here. Why? Because it helps increases, youngsters the freshers, to learn new technologies.

And that being said, it is also applicable to someone like me, who has experience. If I want to migrate to a different technology, I can always use the SkillShare Center and make use of all the senior resources who are there and get myself going and migrated to a different technology. And, lastly, we have transparency. Over at Chetu, you have direct interaction with the client, which is very helpful. You get to know what happens at the business level.

And, at the same time, you also get to have an idea of how the code is built at the ground level, which is great, which is a great skillset if you think from a future's perspective. So, my journey in Chetu has been fantastic so far. There are ups and downs but as a developer, I did manage to challenge. I did manage to tackle them and now I just encourage you all to be a part of our team and grow and evolve. I hope you have a great day guys.
