Employee Engagement: What’s new in the world of Employee Experience?

Published
In our chat and connect Employee Engagement group we take a virtual look at the latest in employee engagement and experience with three amazing guests.

• Jean-Luc Marcelin leads the UN Development Programme’s talent acquisition team. In an incredibly competitive market for skilled and motivated people, Jean-Luc has been pivotal in developing a new employer brand for the organisation. We’ll be asking him about the process he followed from his Copenhagen base and why careful messaging has been so important for the UN’s biggest agency.

• Rayna Miller oversees employee communications to Sodexo’s 35,000 dispersed colleagues; we’ll be chatting to her about how they try to give a consistent experience and set of messages to people working at hundreds of remote sites and how getting the tools right is making a difference

• Kareen Griffiths runs Calmify – showing individuals and organisations how to harness mindfulness to make positive change. A lifelong change comms specialist she’ll be showing us how to make a personal change.

And, as always, hosts Annabel Dunstan of Question & Retain and Liam FitzPatrick of Working Communications will be on hand to keep the chat flowing.
