#EchoBlackVoices is the SoCal Black Worker Hub’s vision for the future of the CA Worker Outreach Project (CWOP) in centering Black workers and their experiences in the workplace to ensure safety and protection for all workers. Echoing Black voices in building Black worker power is essential for effective advocacy and organizing. By building collective power, we can make more impactful initiatives such as #EchoBlackVoices and policies that address systemic inequalities and promote economic justice.
