Prior to the pandemic, there were more than 60 million caregivers. Now, the number is untold. At some point, most of us will be a caregiver or will need a caregiver. There hasn’t been enough discussion around caregiving of elderly parents and other loved ones. Many companies are impacted by employees that have become caregivers. It tends to be a reality that many simply will not speak about, affects productivity and employee morale. Assisting in creating a culture of care in the workforce is what TCG is intent on doing, we seek to help employees fill the current void.
