Dropping Of Complains On Sergeant Elliott And On The City Employee Who Threaten Me In The City Hall

PART 4 of 4 I went to the Springfield Police Department to drop off my witting complain on sergeant Brian Elliott who failed to protect my first amendment right inside the City Hall by City employees.
I also went back to the Springfield MA City Hall Mayors Office to drop of my complain on the City employee who acted on a threatening manner an unprofessional, violating my civil rights.
