"Do We Listen & Learn from Local Peace Practitioners?"

To mark the "International Day of Peace" (21st September) and Good Relations Week 2021, Community Relations in Schools (CRIS), The Corrymeela Community and the International Conflict Research Institute (INCORE) partnered to co-host the launching of Dr Emily Stanton's new book, Theorising Civil Society Peacebuilding: The Practical Wisdom of Local Peace Practitioners in Northern Ireland (1965-2015).

The event titled "Do We Listen and Learn from Local Peacebuilders?" asked a panel of academics and practitioners to respond to themes identified in the book and consider how well practitioners and academia collaborate to progress local peacebuilding.
