For the Speed Racer Conquest, you need to clear the entire Campaign (Act 1 through Act 5) in under one hour. You can do it on any difficulty, so the easiest thing to do is to put a full speed build together with no care for your defense and then go for the conquest on Normal difficulty. This is doable both in a group and solo. This season, I took it down with a speedy DH on my first try, trying to remember the route from memory. Enjoy!
