Deposition of Truck Driver

This trucking accident ended with a settlement for our client of over one million dollars – but it wasn’t easy. The truck company denied being at fault, right up until the end. The insurance company filed motions trying to get out of the case. And our client was at risk of being blamed because she was driving 10mph over the speed limit at the time of the collision. But our job is to work hard for our clients, and that’s what we did. We worked the scene of the wreck, met with witnesses, battled the insurance company in court, hired multiple expert witnesses, and got the case ready for trial. In the end, the truck company, its insurer, and its lawyers knew that if we took this case to a jury, our client was going to win. The truck company’s insurer paid $1,050,000 to settle this case.
