I never thought I would be telling this Christian Brothers Automotive reviews story five years later until I, unfortunately, crossed paths recently with a former employee that worked there! It is sad that Mark Carr and Donnie Carr completely ignored a valid, thoroughly documented concern about a franchise both in 2017 and 2022. With good customer service, this video would have not even been necessary, even with an inexcusable situation that occurred!
