Central Eastside businesses push Wheeler for help on homelessness, crime

Dozens of business owners met with Mayor Ted Wheeler on Tuesday night, asking him for the city’s help in addressing these rampant issues. Wheeler pledged to start a 90-day cleanup plan in the area, of the sort that the city has done before in Old Town.
