As an employment lawyer, I have been getting a lot of calls lately from potential clients who were either fired because they refused to take the COVID-19 Vaccine or they are wanting to know what their options are if they refuse their employers vaccination requirement. Fair questions? We are in new territory where employers can "FORCE" an employee to get a vaccination or face losing their job. And this does not just apply to healthcare workers, it also applies to federal employees and in some cases, even employees working for private companies. Watch this video to find out what the law says about these requirements and if there are any exceptions.
