Can an EMPLOYER make COVID-19 vaccinations MANDATORY at Work?

Quite a debate on our hands during this COVID-19 pandemic between an employees Constitutional Rights and the rights offered to staff members in terms of Employment Law. Our workforce's are divided between people who believe in the vaccine and others who do not. Can an employer force staff to take the vaccine? Can staff be terminated if they refuse to take the vaccine? Yes? No? Maybe? Let's Dive in!
