Book review: Songbirds by Christy Lefteri| How well do you know your domestic worker?

Published
I recently read Christy Lefteri's Songbirds. It is a story about a domestic worker who goes missing in Cyprus. Her secret lover and her employer search for her for weeks in hopes to find her. This book really made me think of how well we as South Africans treat and know our domestic helpers.

For my mamas! If you are past postpartum and looking to incorporate more challenging workouts in your routine, my favourites at Expecting and Empowered have launched a new program called Elevated and Empowered. This program was designed for women that have already completed the Expecting and Empowered Postpartum Guide. These workouts are high impact so we would suggest beginners or people who haven't worked out in a long time start with the postpartum guide.

It could also be a great fit for those who are not pregnant or postpartum but are experienced exercisers. It is not recommended for those experiencing prolapse or incontinence.
