Neurodiversity benefits us professionally with workplace innovation, empathy, and greater acceptance and understanding. Yet with so many obstacles in the path of autistic adults, employment remains a challenge. What should we be thinking about to prepare young people on the spectrum for the workforce and to end the disparities?
