Attacked by Employee’s Daughter

The plaintiff says the defendant’s mother worked for her for 25 years. She alleges the defendant assaulted her at her place of business and damaged her eyes, so she’s suing. The defendant says she was picking up her mother from work when the plaintiff instigated a fight by throwing a water bottle at the defendant while she was holding her young child.
