Today, I'm going to share what I like about being a project manager plus what I don't like about the job. I hope this helps you decide if project management is the right field for you and illuminates some aspects of working as a PM.

I talk through things I enjoy about project management like the daily diversity in tasks and work, working with a large diverse team and the fact that projects end and I get to onboard to a new project at some point. I also share my opinions on some challenges that I've faced as a PM.
